SNP SURGE IN POLLS CONTINUES WITH A CLEAR LEAD FOR THE 5TH MAY (18/04/11)

Falkirk West SNP candidate today welcomed the YouGov opinion poll in today’s Scotland on Sunday newspaper, which shows the SNP sweeping ahead of Labour in the Scottish Parliament campaign - building on recent strong poll swings towards the SNP, and the victory earlier this month in the Wick council by-election within a Lib Dem parliamentary seat. POLLS CONTINUE TO SHOW MOMENTUM WITH SNP (06/04/11)

Falkirk West candidate for Falkirk West, Michael Matheson, welcomed the latest opinion poll published on Sunday 3 April that shows the SNP moving ahead in the campaign for Holyrood. The election momentum is with the SNP as a poll in today’s Sunday Times puts the party ahead for the first time this election suggesting  the SNP would win 54 seats in the Scottish Parliament compared to 52 for the Labour Party. ALL TO PLAY FOR IN MAY'S ELECTION (21/03/11)

Falkirk East SNP candidate, Cllr Angus MacDonald ahs welcomed two opinion polls this week that show Labour’s previous leads melt away. The ICM poll published in the Sun gave Labour a 4% lead with A You Gov poll published on the same day  showing the SNP only 3% behind. Read more...
